At Camec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
